Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy :

All products under Divine Gems Website are covered by easy Return (Exchange is not available).

Terms & Conditions :

A) Buyer must call or send a request via email to Divine Gems duly mentioned the cause of Return before finalize the Return and requested to wait for immediate feedback from Divine Gems's part towards solve the issue as raised. If the issue will not resolved instantly, buyers can Return the goods to Divine Gems's registered address as given below :

B) The goods must be received to Divine Gems as completely un-used condition, along with Packing Box and Test Certificate as provided within 15 days from the date of purchase.

C) Return will be done manually by the buyer through most reliable Courier Service on prepaid basis.

D) Finally the item(s) is subject to inspection / checking by Divine Gem's end by their experts before approve the return & refund.

Refund Policy :

100% money back on return of all products is assured by Divine Gems.

Terms & Conditions :

A) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an Email to notify you.

B) Rs.100/- as Shipping Charges + Taxes (if any) are not refundable and it will be deducted from Invoice amount in time of refund.

C) Refund will be processed by 2 business days from the date of received the returned goods at Divine Gems's registered address (subject to Divine Gems's approval for refund).

D) Money will be refunded to Bank A/C by NEFT / RTGS only. Buyer should provide their Bank A/C details for this purpose.

E) Buyer must need to acknowledge Divine Gems through email after receive the Refund amount.

F) If buyer haven’t received the Refund amount within 7 days of Divine Gems's approval of Refund, they need to check their bank account again or contact Credit Card company for query. If they done all these and still have not received their refund, please email Divine Gems at divinegemscare@gmail.com for re-checking at Divine Gems's part.
