General Terms and Condition :

Please read these Terms and Conditions of use carefully before purchase any materials. By accessing www.divine-gems.com, you must agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept all these, then you will be unable to place an Order. We may modify these T&C for any reason at any time by posting a new version on our Website and these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Your continued use of our Website following the posting of modified T&C will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these T&C periodically for changes. If you do not wish to continue using the service under the new version of Agreements, you may terminate your Account by contacting us by email or Inquiry Form as available in Divine Gems's Website.

Payments :

Divine Gems accepts Payment in INR only in case of Online Payment and Cash On Delivery. In case of any Online Payment failure and if the amount has been debited from your account, you have to wait for the refund from your Bankers, Divine Gems is not responsible for the same. In any others cases you can contact Divine Gems via email (divinegemscare@gmail.com) or Inquiry Form as available in Divine Gems's Website. All payment transactions are processed through secure Payment Gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our server.

Billing :

After the successful payment process, an official receipt of Purchase & Payment will be provided by the Payment Gateway on behalf of Divine Gems through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements. A Formal Invoice will be further sent to buyer's email automatically from Divine Gems.

Order cancellation and Refund :

Buyer's can manually Cancel any order by email to Divine Gems (divinegemscare@gmail.com) before the material will deliver to the buyer, the Refund will be processed within 1-2 working day(s) from Divine Gem's and the Refund amount will be will be reflated in buyer's account according to Bank processing time.
